Student –led conference

Student-Led Conferencing is a meeting led by the student in which they present their portfolio and other classroom work to parents during a formal scheduled session.  During the conference, students are responsible for reporting their personal and academic progress and setting a goal with their parents.  Unlike traditional parent – teacher interviews, with the Student-Led Conference, students are included in the assessment and evaluation process and provided an opportunity to practice significant real-world skills.
