Enviro School
Otonga School became a full Enviro school in 2008.
One term per year is spent in a full inquiry and action study that explores what we can do to look after our home, school, community and global environment.
These range from individual responsibility for recycling, to class worm farms, school composting , community stream and lake studies, or eco-power concepts.
Otonga's Green Team enthusiastically runs special projects and monitors classrooms.
