BYOD (Bring your own Device)
In 2017 Otonga will be continuing to offer BYOD to the students in the senior school, and some classes in the middle school.
Please note: We have decided that children wishing to start BYOD in 2017 must bring one of the following accepted devices.
- iPad - any version including iPad mini
- Laptop - Minimum of Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM.
The following presentation outlines what BYOD is, the benefits of personalised devices, how the BYOD program will work, what devices, and the responsibilities of students, parents and school. This presentation will be updated as we move through the process so check back again.
To support parents, we are able to source some education pricing which we will add below - Also keep an eye out for retail shopping deals which can sometimes be better.
Families are able to purchase from anywhere they choose.

We use these on the school owned ipads school wide. Many of these are also avaliable on android.
